Can I have unlimited visits when I subscribe as a member?


Yes you can have as many visits as you need to take care of your health.




How will the doctors evaluate me if I choose the TEXT VISITS option?


Artificial Intelligence (AI) software will ask you relevant medical questions about your health. Then it will generate a medical report for our doctors to review. Our doctors may decide to go ahead and prescribe you a treatment if the information is sufficient to make a diagnosis. If the information is not sufficient to make a diagnosis, they may text you follow up questions or they may ask you to schedule a VIDEO VISIT.




What is the response time for TEXT VISITS?


Most medical reports generated through TEXT visits are reviewed and processed within 2 to 3 hours. TEXT VISITS do not need an appointment. If the request was submitted after business hours you will receive a response and medical advice the next business day.




Can I get prescription medications?


Yes. Our Providers can directly send your prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice. Please note our providers cannot prescribe controlled substances including opioids, or other medications with potential for abuse.




Can I choose my Doctor I want to see?


Yes. If your doctor or NP or PA has a scheduled opening you are able to choose a provider.




What is the minimum age required to be seen?


At this time we are only treating patients 16 years or older. We do plan to add health services for younger children in the near future, so check back with us.




How do I subscribe as a new patient?


As a new patient, you can subscribe by downloading our app and signing up. After you have put in all your new patient information, the following page would ask you to subscribe and once you click on that option, you will be directed to put your credit card information in. After you have entered all the information you will become a member, and the app will direct you to the home page where you can request a call back from one of our doctors.




How do I subscribe as an existing patient?


If you are an existing patient, you can still subscribe through our app. To subscribe you simply log onto your SecondClinic app and on the main page, there is a menu option (3 straight lines) on your top left-hand corner. In this option, you will then click on your profile ( your name and picture). Once you are in your profile you can scroll down to find the option to subscribe.

You can choose a subscription package of your choice and length. You will be billed the whole amount for the duration of the subscription.

In an effort to make our service affordable we are unable to offer refunds. Should there be any reason you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you can contact our support team to address it.
