WHEN YOU NEED A DOCTOR VISIT: Download our app on your iphone, ipad, tablet or visit SecondClinic.com on your desktop to request an Online Visit.

CHOOSE A VISIT TYPE:
VIDEO VISIT: if you want to talk/ video chat with the Doctor. You will be asked to type in answers to questions about your medical complaint before an appointment is scheduled. Please give us as much information as possible as it will allow us to give you a tailored treatment based on your health.
OR
TEXT VISIT: If you don't feel like talking or showing up on camera, simply use a TEXT VISIT using AI to report your symptoms. Our Artificial Intelligent (AI) software can ask you relevant questions and generate a medical report for our Doctors to review. Text visits do not need an appointment.

VIDEO VISIT: Your Video Visit will start at the appointed time. Our medical providers will ask you questions, may ask you to upload pictures, temperature, and other data if available. You will receive written and verbal medical advice, guidance and any prescriptions if needed. Prescriptions will be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice.
TEXT VISIT: Once our Doctors review your medical report generated by Artifical Intelligence (AI) based on your answers, they will decide if they can go ahead and treat you or if they need to video or phone chat with you. If they can treat you based on the report, your prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. You will receive notification and treatment advice within a few hours. Requests submitted after office hours will be responded to the next business day.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If your medical condition needs a physical visit to a doctor's office, ER or Urgent care, our providers will ask you to do so. This is for your safety and health. Certain medical conditions cannot and should not be treated with Telemedicine for patient safety. If you have a medical emergency please call 911.
